My tip for space is to make a road first and then think of the things you want in your city and build the buildings. all the left space can be for nature, parks, playgrounds or houses. you can make cinemas, different kinds of shops , make a mall or market, a school, pool, community centre of some sorts, options are endless. I’d keep away from adding kitchen and living room inside all rooms to prevent people to be on their own the whole time and “force” interaction. classes i’d do the basics: maths, english, gym (& swimming?), perhaps add extra special classes for gardening, cooking, …. i am building a school and would love some ideas from the community. A gardening room, a computer room, a library, bathrooms, a cooking classroom, a pool, bedrooms, a garage with cars, a security room, a storing room, an art room with painting stands, a music room, and a few spare rooms for later when new content comes out. teachers break room,principal office, infirmary. library or ad some elective classroom.
