On another layer i add a bit of orange highlight in the middle of the eye and lower the opacity of the layer. i also use a darker shade of the base colour to colour in the pupil. then i add another layer, clip it and set it to overlay. i get the base colour and colour over the whole eye, setting the layer opacity to around 30 50% to brighten. Step 2. make a layer under the line art, take the same color as the eye and use airbrush (normal), have the size close to 37.0 . then hide the eye line art layer. then use felt tip pen (soft) for the eye whites, have the size close to 68.0. make a new layer and clip it to the eye color and make your pupils.
